In my art, I like to capture the beauty in nature. I infuse a lot of inspiration from things like trees, flowers and feminine energy. I like to create art that makes people question things like, what my work might mean? How it was created? I like to trigger emotions of curiosity and understanding the misunderstood elements from my work.
I am highly motivated by texture and the use of lines and spotting to create a rhythm or flow in my artworks.
I use acrylic paint, sometimes nail polish as well as water paint. My techniques focus on repetitive lines, uses of different bright colours that intertwine into each other.
As an artist my art means the essence of creativity. It means being able to use your right brain and not put too much thinking into your canvas, as a self taught artist, expression has been one of my strongest points. My art is about creating art that does not have to make sense, as long as it makes sense to you and evokes emotions of calmness, love, peace and most times curiosity.
